NOWHERE is this rule stated on ANY of their websites. Roblox support then turned around and told me that I needed 2FA via authenticator enabled BEFORE I was hacked. I had 2FA activated through an email code, which was bypassed - that is how I was hacked! My email was not compromised and the hacker was able to sell my items and waste my money with alarming ease. Recently my account was hacked, and according to their help pages and an email sent before redirecting me to the restores team (which is most likely bots), I was told that (key phrase): IN THE EVENT YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPROMISED, I had to enable 2FA via authenticator, which I didn't know existed. I expected better from this company that I once looked up to. I've been playing this game for 12 years, ever since I was 7.
